In need of advice

Hey there, I am currently attending a local college as of the moment, but I am considering dropping it because of its bad art program. After about a year of attending, I have come to feel that it so far has been a waste of my time. Anyways my question is that, I am looking to transfer to a real art college, but I lack the necessary funds. I don't really know how I can go about to get the money to attend a art college. I am looking to see how everyone afforded to attend their art school. I also would like to know any recommended art schools in either europe or america. Thanks in advance for the help.
