Looking For A Manga Artist

Hello, I am Citch. I'm looking for someone who is talented in the art of drawing manga. I would like it to be a web comic and hopefully grow into something more than that. The manga does not have to be colored. An ink and tone drawing or just plain black and white drawing is what I'm interested in for this manga.
