Recommend a good scanner?

I have been looking at a few scanners (mainly canon & epson), and was wondering what scanners you use to scan your artwork onto your computer, and which ones you would recommend.

Also what resolution should I be looking for?

I am not looking for anything too fancy, just something in the $150 - $250 range.

Scanners are cheap nowadays compared to yesteryears :(.

I've been using CanonScan N670u for over 6 years or so, it's been great all the way. There are new versions or models of it and already a third of the price.. so check it out.

Yeah, I think I should be fine just going out and picking up any good scanner from epson or canon. I was just curious because the only one I have is a very old (and not so good) hp mutlifunction printer/scanner/copier.
