i dont think there's anything wrong with the anatomy.

There does seem like there is something wrong with its right arm. His arm seems thicker in the forearm for some reason.

you could try changing the pose of the hand,

like this for example :

if you would rotate the hand more to the viewer
the perspective of the arm would be correct ...

Yes the right arm looks a bit strange. You could change the hand, as f00l suggested, but I don't think that would help that much. The problem is that the arm is to thick. If you are holding your arm like that you wouldn't see the lower under arm muscle (can't remember it's name, sorry). I suggest you take a look of yourself in a mirror, and you'll see how it works.

Some other things a noticed:

the ear seems a bit to small and his left hand a bit to big.
otherwise it's all ok...

Actually "he's" supposed to be a she, don't know what I did wrong to make it look like a guy :D
