Hi, this is it...the result of 3 months of work. this is a series of concept arts for a personal video game project...it's also part of my final year student project. I've worked on some environments, weapons, vehicles, and the principal characters.

The guard tower is actually my favorite, the others look kinda rushed and blurry, that's my honest opinion.

yeah they are blurry and very flat. work on your rendering and contrast and try to pick more interesting angles.

There's a ton of issues, namely in that first image with perspective. Also this is all looking incredibly 'airburshy' to me. And the colors don't really harmonize very well...it looks like you're thinking way too literally with these, like 'the sky is blue', 'the rocks are brown'. I'd say you should really think, during your painting process of what the mood is you want to convery in these pictures... because at this point I'm getting nothing but empty hearted, poorly crafted production pieces... I think you may need to spend alot more time, and certainly more passion with these images before calling them finished.

For pure concept (i.e., idea) work these are good, and convey a sense of the environments you have imagined. However, the line work, perspective, rendering, detail and other issues need more work/development. Keep drawing. Practice makes perfect... Well, it never gets all the way to "perfect," but it generally improves over time.

Thank you all for your critics, that was really constructive! So back to work for me...
