You forgot to add that applicants need to be a Singaporean or Singapore PR to study at that school as the program is being subsidized by the govt.

if i remember correctly, foreigners can enroll but they have to pay the unsubsidized/original fee which is S$8000. Subsidized fee is $2000. No harm trying if you are interested. My comments: not for beginners. i had a weak background and i suffered the most in the beginning but slowly catching up. its a specialized program, not general or jack of all trades thing. meant to get you in the industry once you graduate. last but not least, the most important factor: the lecturers are amazing, they more like mentors/friends.. always guiding and helping the students.
