Hey N.U.K.E.E-
This is just me, but I think the center figure would pop out so much more if his edges were more crisp. I think that the softness he has really blends him into the surrounding environment maybe a little too much. If that is what you intended than kudos man it works well.
I love the color used though, it reminds me somehow of a decidant society or something like that. Anyways that's my only crit. I think that if his whole body was as crisp ans hit face area where the mask was he would just jump out.

I wanted a dreamlike quality to the image, that's why it's a little bit more blurry then what it should be.

Its a very strong work I think. It does properly achieve a dream like quality too. Good colour scheme and comp.
