Hi,
I started colouring this in photoshop last night. I'm going to add a few more warmer touches to it to add some more depth to the image, and obviously some more general details.
Any suggestions or comments would be appreciated ;)

Cool pose Fuzion, you've got the scale between the two figures pretty well, but here's a few things to evaluate before moving on:
Reevaluate your anatomy and perspective especially on the hand holding the person. Right now it looks like a third hand from somewhere else instead of the troll's hand. You should raise his hand higher to get the forshortening. I would also use yourself as reference, hold up an object to the mirror to see how it would look.
Also I'd really study the hands. Right now they just look like big clumps of clay, sculpt those fingers down so we can read the break in the knuckles and in the fingers. We want to feel like this troll is truly crushing the person.
If this helps and you do make the changes, Please post it again. If you would like more input i'd be more than happy to lend a hand.
Keep it up!

Hi again.
Basically I've been working on the lighting, I've been trying to add some warmer tones to give a bit more depth. I really should start trying to refine area's and add detail.
I'll work more on the perspective and forwshortening in fututre, I think i've taken this image past the stage where I can correct it, thanks for the help

HHhhhmmm... this one looks better than the first one. But there are still some issues. We should be able to see his knuckles, unless that's a REALLY fat human. Also, ditch the drop shadow and see if you can do away with the outline, they flatten everything. The style you painted this in would do better without those things.
All that aside. I like the colors and you're doing a pretty good job getting dimension within the lines. Keep workin! Good start.

Hi again,
The drop shadow is GONE! also i've added a rim light to try to add more depth to the image, and made a start on the details. Don't wanna be goin at this for much longer really, so I'll probably spend one more night on it

lookin better and better.
his mohawk seems wrongly tilted.
also, his left arm/hand is not only super odd (wow, size to the max!) but the forearm ought to be visible. now, it's like biceps, and then hand, which is supported by...his knee? yeah, so put an arm in. love the fingernails

I agree that the hair is not following the centre line of his head -- other than that he's starting to look really goo. Maybe thing about doing more with the eyes to give him a more pointed gaze and make him more 'real'?
