beside the little doll on his belt....it doesn't really look like a "voodoo lord". It reminds me more of an old hermit on a desserted island. Nice mountains in the background.

Good shading. He doesn't look all that much like a voodoo lord, however the stereotype voodoo witches aren't set in stone :P The entire left arm seems off to me in some way.

Something like this or in that James Bond movie, but I said I like yours just fine. The shading is good, but I'd try and fix that arm.
