Casual Networks is looking recruit talented individuals to join a serious development studio with an existing portfolio of game engine development. IonWars is being developed to be a free game to expand our portfolio and market awareness.
Target aim:
IonWars is an XNA project aimed at both PC based users and Xbox360 users.
We also have previous projects, see portfolio, which might be looking to expand as well.
Compensation:
The IonWars project is a non-paid project as the game is free.
CasualNetworks also uses something called LoPI for contributors looking for long term compensation.

--Vbulletin v3.6 and Project Tools v1.0 for project collaboration (Design Document, project task tracking, and more)
--Professionally hosted Dedicated Servers for game projects and hosting.
--Training materials for people looking to contribute and grow as well as friendly team members who are open to sharing and teaching to expand skills.

C#, PHP, MySqL, XNA, Torque, ActionScript, 3D Studio Max, Illustrator, and more

My name is Chris Westbrook and I am the Lead Developer and Project Manager for Casual Studios. We are looking for people to join our existing team to decrease the development cycle for IonWars as well as offer each input on the project and future projects.
