this looks awesome invinciblewombat. I love the simplicity of your rendering style, it's just really attractive to me for some reason. I would try and make the front characters head in light though, I think it would be a nice focal point. you could just shift that shadow a bit to pull it off I think. There should also be some blood on the blade(s) as well as some leading from swimmingbird's character to yours.

I really hope you attack our duel in a similar fashion :)

Oh-h-h man... that is an inspired composition. The elegance of it is overwhelming. I have to agree with B-nine though, after a fashion. It looks like there should be more signs of a scuffle, unless you caught the opponent off guard. The snow is almost too pristine. Also, the sword and the axe make a bizarre parallel. I'd suggest altering the angle of one of them at least.

Good show!

i tried to make a british infantry grunt fighting in Valley Forge (1777 - 1778)
I did Person 1, Scene A as agreed:
A- you battle fatigue, your nuckels are raw and bloodied, but the day is yours.

only worked for two hours on this so its just a sketch. I might work on it in the future for a portolio . .. .
(sorry if its too big, dont know how to post pics that well)
*0* I had about three minutes left until deadline so i was sweating this one out . . .. think we good to be judge yet?
