player 1 (attacker): the failing light of battle
A- you battle fatigue, your nuckels are raw and bloodied, but the day is yours.
B- slumping in the cold the frost takes hold, your muscles tighten as the chill seeps deep into your flesh.

player 2 (defender) : making camp
A - As the amber red sun sinks through the clouds you and your bretheren have made camp atop the battle summit.
B - you awaken on a dead battlefield, you must have been knocked out cold or stunned for the majority of the carnage, all you can hear now are the moans of the half dead. you stand up slowly, alive but shamed.

Wow, REALLY nice work you two! I think the Judges though will love this battle. I get really antsy waiting on them sometimes (I've still got two battles I'm waiting on), but even though the wait isn't fun. I think it makes it a little more worth it when it finally comes down to it.

I'de just thought i'de put my opinion in, i dont know if anyone minds but im going to have to disagree with alti here. Smokenmirrors i beleive should be the winning piece it actually works very well in black n white. and the composition is pretty appealing not to mention far more dynamic than choaticnight's. The detail is great. I think the proportions are working better for smokenmirrors too, Both pieces are pretty cool but i think the outcome was a little unfair, smokenmirrors i thought was a for sure win. :/
