ok,i took the c&c on my last work seriously and got down to practising the basics again:anatomy,shadow and form...whatever.now i had a very weird dream the last but one night:i dreamt about some alien(from the films),but crossed with a human.it had a rusty-red colour and looked as if wearing a cheap dress.over and over it had metal plates and his face was that of a human,but without an upper part(which the picture shows clearly i think).well...so much for the idea of this piece.
when drawing it,i looked up sometimes on my sketches of muscles and stuff not to make some crude misstakes.i wanted it to look more like a real alien than it did in my dream,so i removed some metal plates and made ita bit more muscular.i think i'm going to colour it.the picture itself may look too sketchy,but i consider it more a finished piece,although i'm gonna finish it with colour.
before i start with that i want to know if there are any things i should change(other than cleaning up) and if there are any real issues(anatomical mostly) i should clean up.thanks in advance.:)
p.s.:maybe i'm gonna continue with some more pictures of it in action->in my dream it actually kicked someone into two halfes;)
