Neoplastic Press is looking for budding new artists to illustrate a new periodical called Crux.
Crux is a regularly-published magazine that serves as a supplement for Dread: The First Book of Pandemonium, a tabletop role-playing game of modern horror. The goal of this publication is to expand the universe of the Books of Pandemonium. To that end, Crux features fan-written articles, scenarios, fiction, and poetry.
What we're looking for is black-and-white artwork depicting demons, scenes of death and destruction, and demon hunters in action.
Unfortunately, because Crux is a not-for-profit publication (it will be sold at cost, for zero profit), payment will consist of a free PDF copy of the publication.
If interested, you can reach the editor at crux[at]dread-rpg[dot]com. This is an excellent opportunity for new artists to get some published work under their belts.
