wow over 200 views and not a peep!
ok, lemme see here...well for no refs its pretty good, i think you need to lay down a few more guide lines to keep your perspective bang on.(like his right eye should be lower than the left) and i think his skull is a bit to short off the back. i always have a mirror handy when doing facial expressions though to get the anger lines in nice. maybe spend alittle more time on ears? just a suggestion :) looks good.

yeah.. you did a really good job from just going off your mind
to me everything looks rad except for the eyes....
it seems like his left is lower and mispreportioned
(as compared to the right eye)
but its nothing a lil guideline couldnt fix
good job though

pick up a copy of burne hogarths dynamic heads.
the head you sketched has a cranium that is way too small. there are a handfull of other proportional issues but the size of his brain case being the most glaring.
the features are quite large as well...but that could be a style choice...if you are shooting for realism then the nose is way too big...and the way the jaw is working with the skull is looking a bit dislodged.
pick up that book....that will help you tremendously in creating heads from imagination.
