Hero knight - and his daughter

I wanted to show a soft side to a knight hero. I'm used to seeing this kind of character in battle or standing on a mound of corpses.

Anyway, it was an experiment I had to try - something different.

Nice idea, but the girl's proportions need work. As it is now she looks like a tiny adult (or, given the fantasy context, some sort of halfling/fairy/etc), not a child. Her head needs to be bigger, and the way she's sitting looks off to me too.

Nice work - I love the detail you put into it. I agree with the above commenter that the child's proportions aren't right though.
Have you ever played Soul Calibur on Dreamcast? Because there's a picture with similar concept in the 'art cards' section of the game - there the big warrior is handed a flower by the tiny girl.

I haven't played Soul Calibur - damn, I guess its not so original. Oh well, try again...
