good day everyone,

i'm sorta new to this side of design...and would love to hear what you all think of my first post...

this was done for a con-design course i took recently, when we retold/redesigned willy wonka and the chocolate factory in a different realm of our choosing.

i arrived at the idea that wonka's factory was an iceberg-shaped floating fortress out in the arctic, and the above image shows the winning contestants showing up in their preferred aquatic means of transportation to lay siege to the place...

among the ideas involved include the glass-like panes are kinetic radar refractors, that appear to blow in the breeze, allowing the fortress to constantly change external shape (as it would appear on radar), and therefore allow it to move throughout the arctic circle while averting any detection...

...

well...it made sense in my head at the time...

anyhow, c & c more than welcome...

thanks!

dave
