Man that looks amazing! The texture looks as if it was painted on a piece of metal, I really like it. You may want to define the edges more, on the guy. So he sticks out more, and makes the guy different than the background. Man it looks awesome.

I like the style. Ashley Wood inspired? The text could use some improvement. Maybe try having SIMEON in all caps and move both lines of text to the left a little bit, it gets a little lost in the figure.

a cool pic, i like the dirty textures but the cape is too large at the bottom and
it is like its flowin away..
