Black Inx Publishing is looking for writers with storylines that are ready to have artwork completed on them. We are looking for 3 pieces to work with. If you are interested please send scripts to editor@blackinx.co.uk. If your script is accepted for publishing, you will be sent a copy of the freelance contract for Black Inx writers. From there, our team will edit the script and assign a team of artists to produce the artwork for the book. Freelance writers at Black Inx Publishing receive 35% of profits made by the sales of their book.
Submissions will only be accepted in full and when accompanied by a full artist bio/CV.
We are currently looking for Sci-Fi, Fantasy, Modern Conspiracy and Horror. Please note that material of a sexual nature will not be accepted.
Thank you for reading, and we look forward to hearing from you in the not too distant future...

Yes Dweller, it will surprise you how talented some artists are... There are many of us out there that are multi-skilled. A good comic book artist need to be able to write to some extent if they are to create good panel sequences and such, and many have turned their hand to it coming up with great pieces.

Forgive me, but before I would be happy submitting work to you, I'd like to see examples of the kind of stuff you need.
I understand that if you're a new firm this might be difficult; but if you're not new (forgive me, I don't live in the US), then perhaps a link to a website where we could see examples of what you publish might be useful. Also, perhaps, an indication of the age group that your titles are targetting.
I'm interested; but I don't want to waste your time or mine. I hope you understand.

Alesoun, thank you for your post. Please forgive me or not contacting you privately through PM or email, however I feel that this could be of benefit to all readers.
We at present do not have published works, as this is indeed our virgin year. We are looking for 4 books to launch with. The first book is an 8 part Sci-Fi series following a computer generated assassin.
We are looking for material over a variety of genre that will appeal to a large audience generally between the ages of 16 and 40. Our target audiences at present for distibution are the US and UK with 4 distributers between the two, and of course worldwide sales through the magic of the internet.
I appreciate your concern over wasting our time, however I would be interested to read some of your work. I look forward to hearing from you...
