Nice shading, but I think that your construction is bad (she is not symetrical and there is lot of bad anatomy forms: nose, lips...) Well, I think you should draw from nature (act studies, still life, quick scratches of peoples, animals...)

She neither looks a child nor very realistic. I think you should practice more from reference pictures, it helps ;)
