very nice start - i think it would first use more contrast.
always verify your values by making the pic grayscale.
Also i think you should set the lighting more precise - let's say only 2 lights.
Play with warm and cold colors (lights) - maybe you'll get a better puch out of it.
I know you aimed for the mood.
Here - i've made soem grayscale version of your pic along with an Auto_Contrast aplied to both color and BW.
I hope you get the point.

It looks like the pic is displaying darker in browsers than it is in painter and photoshop. But here's a version where I messed with the levels a bit.

A yes, the last version is definitely better. Really digging the colors used. One thing, the picture looks blurred in places. Was that intentional? Cause I think it would look better if sharpened more in places ;)

Thanks for the comment Cadence. Can you point out a couple places in specific that looks too blurry?
