As many others, as I see round here, I'm looking for a comic artist
I'm not the writer right now, just in charge of the project, but can be in a close future, so I know perfectly what is needed
The project are only eight, ten panels in 4koma style (as daily newspaper strips, but vertical).
The two 4komas will appear in an European Online Magazine and will also be printed, for a big student community.
There is a chance of going on with the comic in future issues, the comic used until last year got one year after beginning a free webpage and made some money with merchandising between readers, so this project can be considered the same way as a future inversion.
What do you need to have?
Comic is designed to be black and white, but can be done in colour if drawer prefers
Dimensions in pixels will be something like 325-1000to1500 if more panels used
Thematic, humour, irony about work and relations.
What to draw?
Backgrounds will be mainly the insides and outsides of a flat.
Characters will be defined with the artist following his/her preferences, but the main point is that they will represent the stereotyped vision of different countries of the world (english all the time with a cup of tea, turkish with a fez...) One of them will be the main character and the others will live and work with him in the flat
This sort of comics are usually drawn in manga style, but it's not a prerrequisite needed, I've worked with many others in european style, probably easier because the most of the time only half or less of the body will be showed in the panel
