I wanted to stay true to the Elysium fields of rolling hills, flowers, sunlight and majestic waterfalls. But i decided to combine two of the most beautiful places i know Switzerland and Hawaii, so here's my version of ancient Paradise.

Indecision between britt's and marak24's...
marak24 I can't stop watching your work, I'm impressed by the light effects and by the overall mood.
britt simply majestic.
My compliments to everybody, I think it's not easy to paint a landscape that looks like a landscape. And here I see a lot of beautiful landscapes...

Marak, Great colors.

I guess i didn't make it clear this time. And we have enough newcomers (Welcome ya'll) that I'll try to clarify next round. (Ya'll come back now, Y'hear?)
I need a small icon hosted from somewhere outside CA I use photobucket
some folks use imakeshack.

I final got it up on Photobucket and after some fumbling around it should be attached here.
Thanks for everything

Voted for Marak24. The seperation between worlds, the colors, the light, they create such an intruiging and mysterious environment. I love this, such a great interpretation of the theme. The complementary colors work especially well, imo

Voted for Britt. Truly haunting imagery, well done.
Hodoca, this is a great concept that is suffering from a lack of detail. I hope you're not abandoning it just because the challenge is over. :)
Espenboi, that little white figure doesn't ruin this fantastic image entirely, but it's trying really hard...
Many other great entries this round. Keep it up!

Revenebo- There are some nice environments in here. Thanks for the vote.
robomorfin- Appreciate it, Thanks.
Corrick- I really liked your pirate cove. Hopfully we get to see another one of your cool concepts soon.
Marak- Very nice colors.... inspiring
Lucky Munky- Seeing much progress. Nice painterly look
hodoca- Like Corrick said...Great concept. Definitely work on it. Could be a nice addition to the portfolio.
Hope to see everyone in the next round. :painting:

I gave my vote to you britt, for seriously rocking this one right out.
Marak - Technically brilliant - looks a fairy forest not a paradise plain, though.
newmanhyde - You really brought your A-game...but I have only 1 vote.
