Looking for a good Sketch Chat

Recently I've found myself in the position of needing a good web-based chat program that allows me demonstrate what I'm talking about to others several hundred miles away. The past couple of times I've hijacked defunct sketch chat pages from a rarely visited fashion site, but I'd like to install something on my own server that doesn't look and act like a creation from the 1990s.

Are there any good web based chat programs out there that require almost no installation on the viewer end? I want to be able to send them a link and a time.
