Hi there everyone,

So the basic idea is to set up a store where CA.org members can buy coffee mugs, stickers, posters, t-shirts and such to help out Conceptart.org. For this to work, we need something cool to put on the mugs and t-shirts.

So if anybody has a picture they would like to donate they can e-mail me the URL to the picture in 200-300dpi high quality JPG.

Also if someone has something funny or cool that they think would fit CA.org merchandise well, please e-mail it to me.

Thats cool, i was going to suggest somehting like this. I dont think id have nay images worthy of it though. :D

I love these:

r a large rectangular sticker to put somewhere you see it often: "draw from life!"

I took part in the dsg and all I got was this lousy t-shirt.... and a really, really mean crit

Also, I would like a coffee mug, and mouse pad that just said conceptart.org

I can't wait. Sporting some CA gear would be so cool and ofcourse it helps the site and community we all know and love.

I think the idea is a very good one and I think this can be a working way to support the forum.

I would just recommend one thing: let´s wait a moment until the new sitelayout exists so the stuff can be done in the new design. Corporal identity is imho quite important for planning future projects and marketing the Logo and CA-pictures.

If there are some questions regarding this I think I maybe can help - at least it´s my job for the past 19 years ;).

good going guys. I can't wait. Maybe that should be the next thunderdome. Design what embodies conceptart.org. The grand prize winner gets to have their stuff plastered on mugs, shirts, etc... What you think guys??!!!!

Anyway what is the status on the new homepage...from when i looked last it had some truly awesome layous posted...

has there been a launch date for the new design?

It would be really crazy if Android put together a mosaic that forms his portriat using all of his little portraits. That woudl take a lot of effort though. But it owudl be so awesome. :D

They actually have a program that does that for you, you insert a picture and then choose the pictures to be used a mosaics. And then you press enter and the computer arranges the pictures and makes some lighter and some darker to make the original portrait :)

i think Jason said it was gunna be before thanksgiving, but i dont know when that is and i might have remembered that wrong :)
