Photoshop pen tool problem! -_-

Hey there, I've been trying to do some digital inking with the pen tool in photoshop. Everything has been going great and I havent ran into any problems until just today. Ive been using the pen tool two paths and ive been filling whats in between the two paths with black. Unfortunatley now when I select fill path it fills in everything inside the large path instead of whats between the two paths. Is there some obscure PS hotkey I pressed accidentally?

Instead of filling in between the two paths(like it has been doing since I started but now has stopped -_-) its filling in everything inside the larger path.

Ive already tried restarting PS btw.

ANY help is much appreciated.

the outside path needs the [1], the inside [2] (the tool will remember what the last selection was so make sure the 1st one is selected before you draw the path

Cool that worked. Its strange that ive never toggled the add/subtract before and it worked perfectly before. Thanks alot for the help!
