this is a envy demond it has nothing but wants everything but it is not strong enough to take it, and not smart enough to obtain it, so it is allways wanting never getting.

the explaination of mine is that the shapeshifter envies other forms so he tries to take them.

mine is actually a D&D character that can only change if it changes into over 3 different creatures/objects.

mine is. like. like. see, the guy? he's fat because he's a taker. and he sits back and satisfyingly dreams that he could take the old lady's money. that's like why there's like an arm like coming out of his chest because it's like coming from his heart? so like--and also? his legs are spread, her legs are crossed, the purse is around her crotch area--all to reinforce the victim/prowler relationship. the old lady is used because old ladies are like easy targets for crimes. because. like they're old and all. and the woman in the background? she like sees this taking place and is more curious because like she like envies his abilities like woah...

Yeah, its a pretty cryptic topic, just the sort to encourage cool ideas :D

I kinda took a cop out approach though - I sat infront of a mirror and pulled an envious expression (yup - I looked at my reflection and thought thoughts like "man that guy is cool, I whish I was more like him") and then drew my eye.

So I hope it conveys the emotion - I've posted the pic elswhere and asked what emotion it conveys as a sort of experiment.

Wish I could colour it (with a bright green iris of course) but ran out of time, ran out of batteries on my pen tablet, and couldnt be bothered taking the computer into the bathroom to do it infront of the mirror again...

hmmm, well i'm a bit late. BUT it was done before the new DSG was announced! i just couldn't get to a computer.

actually, it's not done. i wanted to have him gazing over at someone else's legs which, i think, would be a little too obvious/corny.
