My first Sketchbook- daily updated- looking for possible improvements, feedback

Well, I'm a 15-year old austrian schoolboy who likes to draw (although I'm not good at it, I know). Some friend told me about this place and that the best painters of the world are here present and so I was curious...
I made today some sketches, please look at them and tell my what's wrong, I have to get much better!
Oh, and my scanner is crap, I know...

My main crit would be that you need to better define the different parts. It looks way too busy to me.
