I'm new here in beautiful Sarasota, FL and i need a job. I moved here to go to ringling but i have to wait until next year for that (i'm accepted in the illustration dept.). in the mean time i need a job to help support my family. i'm looking for something in the range of $10-13 per hour (willing to go to $8 if absolutly necessary) doing graphic design production work. I have mostly experience in doing page layouts and such. getting the files ready for press and designing art and logos in illustrator. i would like something full time. if anyone knows of anything, please let me know. it would be appreciated greatly! thanks so much! :D

also, if there are no art jobs here, something else that would pay what i'm looking for like maybe security or data entry. thanks

pftt ... sarasota has crap for art jobs, you might be able to find a job at a local gallery, but you'd be making minimum wage or a little more. also check out job oppurtunities at the ringling museum.
