Mixtape CD Cover Design Opportunity

I am currently looking for a design for a Hip Hop Mixtape CD release. The concept for the design is as follows:

First and foremost, this project calls for a redraw of the gorilla in the image (Sluggerz_1.jpg).

The animated gorilla will be fierce and mean-looking figure, with masculine feature like the Incredible Hulk for example.

The gorilla will be rapping ferociously on a headphone and a microphone in one hand from a distance, while walking towards us and, dragging a bat in the other hand. The ground cracks like a severe earthquake caused by the bat dragging on the ground.

Please let me know ASAP if you're interested in this project as, I'm looking to get done as quickly as possible.

I have two questions : When you mean to redraw the gorilla, you mean you want the same exact one in a different pose? If so, do you own the rights to this gorilla? Or are you looking for a new gorilla concept? Both of which might affect the rates that artists will quote you and their ability to do the job.

I own the original logo with the gorilla. The redraw should be close to the original gorilla in a different pose.

I believe I found an artist who can help me with this.
