i would say spend more time with the details, you've got the basics down, but go back and really look at her, and add things, work on the shading, and again more detail

agreed man, where exactly is the light sorce supposed to be on this thing? also, if you are working on portraits, i suggest not trying to draw already animated people. just a thought, why not get someone to pose for you, or use a photo or somthing.:bash:
