In need of advice desperatly.

Okay, now I've been drawing anime/manga for five years. Now I see from what I've read here I should try to add more of a realism look to it but I'm stuck. Where do I begin making it more realistic? The eyes? (Which I don't do in the big Sailor Moon style, I do more realistic eyes.) The clothes? The hair?


I'm lost, confused, so God please help this lost little kitty. :D

Personality , manga doesn't have it , ya you should draw some portraits , and see that people are nor standard , and their faces are not symmetric you will get it
