I'm trying to get better at doing portraits but I think I'm failing. I really don't like this pic but I'm gonna post it anyway. I guess I'll go do more portraits.

I woke up this morning super pumped! The Crimson Daggers sketch group led by Dave Rapoza started today and I had to get in on that.

I like how with no ref it becomes a shemale! Study proportions man, especially hip-to-shoulder ratio differences between the sexes. Also, with males think in terms of angles, with females think in terms of curves.

Keep up the ass-kickin' man!! You're getting much better!

Alright this is the last time that I'm going to try and get this thing going. I should update frequently, I do studies every day. Anywhoo, this is just a few things from earlier today. A 1 hour still life, 1 hour portrait, two 30 minute portraits, and a ladybug speedpaint.
