Nice work, I'm really impressed with the action in "Thrust". The proportions are a little off, but hey it's a fun pick and it's not finished, :D
I really like "The Elf" as well, but I don't know the cheap PS tricks you're talking about. Aren't all the tricks with PS cheap, ;)

Thanks! I'm glad you liked the part I focused the most on giving form to - the force and impact of the thrust. According to many, my biggest problem when it comes to proportions is that I often make the legs too short.
As for cheap photoshop effeccts - I used cutout.. so with one click I got a whole other effect. Which is extra cheap to me. :P

Thanks for stopping by my book! That water color or whatever at the very beginning is really really cool! I wish I could understand the background a little better, but that's part of the coolness - that it's ambiguous. But I think my favorite of what you've shown is the tree! It looks wicked insane! That's pretty cool.
I'm not crazy about some of the figures. I'm not sure if maybe their limbs are a little long or maybe they just look really rigid. I don't know what it is.
anyway, I'm definitely going to be checking this one regularly (as long as you keep updating. lol)

Greetings! Definitely try to pay a bit more attention to structure. Also, mess around a bit more with line quality. Your sketches are in a place where they seem a bit light, or if they're dark, its for the wrong reasons. Keep posting, and lets see some life drawings and anatomy studies!!
