I finally took the plunge and bought a tables. but now I don't know what todo. It is so unlike natural media for me that I can't seem to do anything with it. is there anywhere I can get help and/or advice on technique with a tablet? I'm still pretty much a beginning artist anyway. But to have a Strong derive to get better. I feel like there are so many good ideas trapped in my head and I want to learn to get them out. I don't want to Focus an just digital media, in fact my art class this semester will demand that I don't, but I really want to learn to improve my skill. If anyone has suggestions or an idea of where I can begin please contact me. I can give you a link to see some of my previous artwork if that will help also.

There's a sticky thread in this subforum that you can use to express your desire for mentoring, however formal or informal. There are way more people seeking mentors than offering to mentor, and the way most people are finding mentors is by finding people who asked for mentoring in that stickied thread based on their samples, and then sending them a PM asking them if they would be willing to mentor rather than being mentored. They are generally flattered and often they will go along with it.
