Carnival Entrance

I'm currently working on a twisted carnival concept. I'vebeen designing carousels, rides, and the overall look and feel of the place. Here's the entrance so far after an hour or so.

It still needs to be colored and the background is going to have some of the rides showing. Please throw in crits and comments, I need them.

Oh, here's the original sketch I did, it was done in about 20 minutes. I recieved some crits and am changing it around [refer to initial post], i.e. more depth, some more details, showing the sign a bit more, etc.

So far all i can say that it has a good twisted feel to but i'd like to see what the rendered version would look like.

I think smaller is better, because you cut something on bigger.
