In need of a personal mentor

Hello,

My name is Bert Marissen, im 16 years old and im going to the design school: Sintlucas, in the netherlands. I started yesterday on my first real attempt on digital painitng! Im very proud of what I made of it. I already started on another one.

As you see im in need of some serieous mentoring, thats why i need a personal one. I think i still need to learn how to use:
-Textures
-The good brushes
-Good coloring and shading (to make it look realistic)
-AND MY SKETCHES! they are worse....


Well, this is my first "finished" digital painting (it misses eyelashes). Its an eye obviusley, i hope you guys like it and comment on what I can improve, thanks.

This is the head character of the nightmare before christmas (great movie!), the character is jack spellington. Im still working on this one, his girl is coming next to him. (i used a reference.)
