Hi! I have a good oportunity to buy a Trust Wireless design tablet 400.
Is it good, and do You suggest me to buy it or not. I need it to draw in photoshop as I usually do. Is it good enough for that or not?
Please help.

Well the only one I could find was for fifty pounds, which is essentially $100 USD.
I couldn't really find much information on it, and it kinda seems like an iffy brand (for some reason, I don't trust Trust). If you can wait, definitely save up for a Wacom Intuos.
If you're going for a budget tablet, from experience I can recommend the Genius Pensketch series. Cost a little more than the one you've found but it's a pretty solid tablet.
Hope it helped,
Adam

Thanks, I acctually can buy Trust for like 40€, so I'm going to buy it. When I get some more money, I'll take Wacom definetly. I'm just asking for that Trust, I can't find some info about them.

Did a little bit more research for you and found out some info: It is a 6x8 tablet, but unfortunately only has 512 levels of pressure sensitivity. If you plan on using this tablet for art, I'd highly recommend saving up for a tablet with 1024.
While you can get away with 512, especially for a tablet with a price like that, the double the amount of pressure sensitive levels can really make a difference for you.
Also that tablet does have a USB wire connecting it to the computer (just in case you wanted a wireless piece of equipment for some special reason). There was only one review I found, but it was a negative.
You can make due with just about anything honestly. I'd still save up a bit more personally though and buy one of a bit better quality.

Thanks a lot man. I acctually bought it, and It's not that bad as it says in that review. It's true about pressure sensitivity, but that's not such a big deal, I'm going to buy another when I just get use to a tablet, since this is my first. Anyway, I am thankfull.
Now I have another question: I'm drawing in Photoshop, and It don't show me any changes at opacity no mater how hard or easy I press the pen, It draws the same all the time, and it only depends how do I set the opacity. Can I manage something to make it when I press hard it leaves big line and when I press easy, It leaves thin line???

Yep. Firstly, assure yourself that all the tablet drivers are fully installed. If they aren't, then the pen will most of the time work, but features like pressure sensitivity isn't present.
Once you've done that, look in the top right of Photoshop where the brushes palette is docked. Click on that. You now have all your options for your brushes. Under "Other Dynamics" you'll find the opacity jitter. Set it to pen pressure.
This image below depicts how to set it:

Other jitters throughout the palette are really useful, too. There is a flow jitter, a size jitter, a spacing jitter, etc.
http://www.photoshopvids.com/photshop-tutorials/setting-photoshop-brushes-for-a-wacom-tablet/ This is a tutorial that explains them all.
Shape dynamics & other dynamics are mainly the only ones you'll find yourself using, but it's useful to know them all.
