Need an orthographic of silhouette of a child 4 to 6 years old.

I am helping of a fellow artist on a project prepping a 3d model for him and I need an orthographic or silhouette of a 4 to 6 year old child.

I thought I had some in my anatomy books, but I can't seem to find them.
