This started with an action line and just developed from there. I had a lot of fun with the texture (I kept the stripes and undertones on separate layers to play around with a variety of combos). I'm open to any crits. Thanks!
(Need crits for this one, too, if you guys can find the time:

I like it very much!
But the background needs a little more details.
I think your color are a little bit to much. It remains me to a rainbow. Very nice anatomy and shading.

Awesome!
Very nice rendering...
How about gills or some bubbles to show the underwater background (it is underwater or?)...

She's got that come-hither smile Oh Yeh. :funny:. I love it.
The background does need work. It looks like she's floating in space.
Bubbles, vegetation, a fish swimming between her legs, underwater murk etc.

The body is great. Something about the head, around the mouth area, bugs me. I think the curves do not flow in that area. Maybe I am looking for a human mouth. ;)

murderdoll, morbidhumor: True, the environment is a little sparse to say the least. It was a quickie background just to have something a little more than a blank tone back there. As for the coloring, I wanted a kind of exotic fish look, like those really expensive ones. Of course, I grew up in the 80s hence the tiger stripe "spandex" influence on the thighs.
Fozzybar: Thanks! I'm not sure where I would put gills on her...maybe I'll just pretend they're hidden behind her jawline. :)
Howdy: I tried a couple of variations with the mouth. I don't know if anything could actually "look right" with a face like hers but I'll keep playing with it. I do guarantee that the lips are 100% real, no collagen.
