Hello. It's been some time since I've posted. I've been busy working hard and always practicing. All of these are personal projects as I like to take breaks from painting textures at work. Feedback always appreciated!

What lovely lovely work you've got here!
The first soldier could benefit from some more "umpf" in color or concept, some details, or improved body arc that makes it stand out a bit more. Love that you've based them on old armor(?).
Thanks for sharing them! :)

Wow! I like the creature at the second picture.

Nice work on the atmosphere on the 1st pic. I feel like the armor on her left (our right) leg seems a bit flat, as do her thighs in general - they don't seem to have the same form definition as the rest of her. Still great work, though.

Very nice work. I love your use of colours. The dragon and the soldiers are my favorites. Great blend of richly defined characters and some abstract fast backgrounds. Very inspiring. Keep up the excellent work!

I Love this stuff. Your first image is just incredible. Beautifull colors and very nice defined shapes.
I think the head of your first knight/soldier look of. I think it's too small and it doesnt really connect to the body. But thats the only thing I've noticed.
Colors and concepts are really inspiring.

Alice: I see what you mean. I think a less rigid pose would have helped the most. For my next work, I will try to get some more fluid motion into the pose and composition.

Catastrophic: Thank you. That one started as random marks as most of my stuff do, and slowly emerged almost by itself.

Fireflights: Thanks for the feedback. I should add a lighter value, just slightly to bring it out, or maybe it has to do with the perspective of the patterns?

DanielC: Thank you. My website used to be more graphic design oriented, but I changed it to fit my current interest and focus closer. I think that's what your refering to.

archipelago: Glad you like them. Those qualities are surely something that I strive to convey.

Kredepops: I really enjoy focusing on the character design and keeping everything else pretty vague. I used to think that every part of the painting needed a lot of work, but that actually would work against me.

skorpi: Thanks. Even if these are single character studies, I try to think in terms of "pools of light" instead of just rendering form.

Hilbruks: I have to agree with you. When I flipped the image, it looked even worse. It needs some more work but I lost interest in the painting for now.

PerinGalitte. Thank you. I've been painting seriously for about 3 years now. I wish I could go back in time, and absorb more from school. I couldn't grasp any of the theories or concepts at the time.

patdzon: Awesome. I've been really pushing to improve my colors. I'm glad my efforts are not in vain.

Beautiful color and lighting. I am disappointed your homepage doesn't seem to be working. All I can say is I'd like to see more work. It looks like you're headed in a good direction.

Whoa! I really like the way you shade and paint! It has this type of dreamy and classical feel to it.
