Hey guys,
I have been using a studio lamp that clamps onto the side of my easil, i bought it in the art store about a year or two ago. It doesn't give off much light or proper light, especially when i am painting a larger format painting on canvas. What would be the best type of studio lights for painting, so colors come out to almost complete accuracy. Meaning, some colors aren't darker or lighter in certain areas because of lack of lighting. I was thinking about something where i have two lights on stands beside my painting on each side, but the question is, what type of bulb and where do i get them? I have no access to northern lighting coming through a window, for the time being i am painting in a room, with only 1 smaller window...so i must rely on good light bulbs.
Thanks,
~JB
