man I just realized I need a scanner.. I think my drawing looks better than it looks in the pic.. ah well 1.3 megapixel camera, what can you do?

nice one. daarken did the same one. i gotta get into some of these master copies. i know i will learn so much. looks good so far, the mouth area seems kinda off to me. can't wait to see the progress. take care

thanks for the comments. Yeah I just barely went over the mouth when i posted that.. Ive worked on it some more and it looks good.. Im going to go buy a scanner hopefully tommorow so i can haev some decent scans instead of using a digital camera..

It was a fun drawing to do, AlthoughI had alot of trouble with the beard!

When shooting your work take it out side in the shade. and try to set your pad up as verticle as possible, and keep the camera as parallel as you can to the pad. That way you won't get a gradient through your drawing. It still may not be as good quality as a scanner but when your working big it's your best shot. Study looks good!
