Okay, this happens to be my first post here. and i have no clue what kind of response i should expect. but im gonna try anyway.

here, what you see is character concepts for my project "Ninja Talkshow"
the concept is being developed as multiple media content purposes, however i am involved in comic industry, so that is my first step. i decided to get your vicious critisizm, so i could improve on elements that are unseen to my eyes.

First, meet TARA BONBON
She is a pop star and singer/song writer/dancer in the world full of ninjas, breaking many lean mean stealth assasins' hearts.

second character concept piece is JUSTICE CLAN this young and leathal clan is a shadow of master samurai LAN who is rare indentity who believes in Justice.

and here is the third entry, YOM also this piece goes by the name of "art of serving fruits" Yom is a only daughter of Kook Family. grandpa (master chef) Koit, father Blowphish, (fisherman/wagon driver) and Yom travels in their roach-coach all around the Nine Tortoise Continents and serve the finest, and the most exiquiste Seafood, and great tasting cup of tea.

here is a debut piece, fresh new to the public other than my own site...
Last, but not least, here is the host of the Talkshow (in NINJA TALKSHOW) EPITAPH.
she is former Wizarary school student who some how ended up in the woprld of ninjas, learning a way of survival among ninjas. But she eventually becomes a talkshow host who place herself in the center of attention every night.


all created with pencil and paper, then painted in PS7 with Optic Mouse. except for the last one "Talkshow host, Epitaph" hybrid of PS7 and Bryce5.

Very nice clean style... and nice colour tech also. I will however crit the use a bryce render as the background to the last piece, just does not seam to work for me. Maybe if the render had a paint over to closer match the illustration style then it would work better.

Anyway.. Welcome once again and hope to see more.

The light source on the knife throwing girl is...uh...odd. It looks like her pelvic region is the light source. I don't know if she's got a trick with a flashlight but you might want to make the source of the light a little more appareant.

"Real ninjas always practise." I love these. I feel like I'm in a movie in every picture except the last due to hinted motion through poses. Nice little ninja world too ;) I really have no decent crits except watch the anatomy on the yom? the kook girl. It could just be because I've never seen a pose like that before, but somehow something looks slightly and I mean SLIGHTLY off in the torso. Great at showing movement though.

Very clean style, like super clean. The foreshortening is done really well, and the whole aspect of the pictures give a very animated look. Would love to see more of your stuff...nice cell shading. I am also interested in just seeing the lineart/sketches.

i like your style. reminds me of a friend of mine. Anyways.. I like the guy with the katana in the second one. Good costume work. The chick in the last one looks cool too but if she is under a bunch of trees dont you think it would look tight if there were shadows of leaves on her. But you did an excellent job with your bg. Keep up submitting and giving me inspiration :D
