is there anyway to recover files that have been deleted in windows xp??

if you deleted them yourself, try the recycle bin.

If its not in your recycling bin, you may want to try recovery software.

Although these usually only work when installed before the file is deleted. :(

yeah, i deleted my personal folder of artwork by accident and didnt realize it until after i emptied the recycling bin. thanks bloodstone, i'll check it out

I'd recommend either Recover4All Pro or CIA Unerase. Do a Google search for them, as I don't have the site URL's.

We've all lost data, so BACK UP YOUR DATA REGULARLY people!
