Retake on the older picture of my leucistic king cheetah character I recently finished. The term leucistic means an animal that has a lighter pelt than what is normal for it's species, but it is not an albino, hence the coloured eyes.
I modified the background to compliment the character and make the character pop, as well as using Photoshop's Auto levels to heighten the contrast on Rioxia. I like the results much better know and want to thank all the people who helped me out on this one.

Very nice, the fur texture is really well rendered. I do have to say the perspective seems a bit off? The cheek could be more defined and that would help.
Lovely piece though.

The rendering is nicer, but the underlying structure is still off.

Rocket Dragon and Minigoth- Hey, thanks for the comments. I have my reference picture here. Can you tell which areas look "off" after giving it a look? I've been looking at them both for so long, I can't tell what's what anymore. Thanks! :)

Look at the nose bridge and muzzle. Yours is kinda twisted to be more front facing. It sticks out because the rest of the image is so pretty.

I think the main issue that popped out at me is that it's missing contrast, and thus it's missing a lot of depth. If you put some shadows closer to black and some more "hair"-like bright reflective white highlights then it would be more realistic, as well as adding more depth to where the jaw is meeting the neck. As far as perspective, that's where it's off. The face is more angled towards the viewer than the neck/back of the head.
