Hey Folks,
i would want to make a little Index of Artists who make free to watch Art-Videos/Podcasts, that do not only show the Painting but where the Artist talks about painting, art and life in general.
These Vids helped and motivated me a lot of times.

Riven Phoenix - www.alienthink.com - Anatomy Training - His Vids used to be free but unfortunately he left only the first 17 watchable. Worth a check if you want to learn to draw the human figure
