Greetings, I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on a good, sturdy and spacious computer desk for drawing and gaming. Trays are sometimes alright (if built from sturdy material and have the proper dimensions..) and shelves/drawers are a plus as well. The material could be either glass or wood, nothing too fancy however. Looking for one within a $100-300 ($150/200 would be ideal) range.
Some things to keep in mind, my keyboard and mouse pad take up about 38.5" and I'm soon going to be using a 21" wide-screen monitor. I'm going to be illustrating on a Intuos3 9x12" tablet and doing lots of pencil work as well.
Also, I'd love to see some of your workspaces and setups! Possibly you could share what model and where you purchased it.
So if you could give me and ideas or suggestions I'd much appreciate them, thanks!
Oh and, I'd love to assemble it myself to get exactly what I want, but I've never done any sort of carpentry. Maybe it's time to start..
