When I saw the thread about mentoring, I just had to get into it!

I'm mostly seeking someone who knows a lot about drawing fur, human anatomy in action, use of graphic design elements, and just someone to critique my overall process in these areas.

I would eternally be grateful for whomever decides to help me.

The way you make this request is by going to this link:

copy and paste the stuff you just said in there. You are also supposed to provide an image if possible so people can see where you are and where you need to go. If you have a link to a CA sketchbook, or if necessary DA or livejournal or your own webpage, then put that on your post as well. There are still mentor/mentee relationships forming up, but you need to give the people who might help something to work with. Many people won't be sure if they can help you until they know what help you need.

Be patient. Many of the people who might be in a position to help are currently trying hard to meet a deadline in Last Man Standing or Character of the Week (or both). About the middle of January there will be a lot more people around here who have time on their hands.

You can also get help in the meantime by going to the "Classroom for All" and working the exercises in there that Seedling and Ilaekae give on a weekly basis. Many people are finding good help in there and they are covering anatomy, character design, unusual textures, as well as composition. Every week it is something different. All are welcome there, as long as they try. If you do not post a try in there, the mentors will not be able to help you (same as everywhere else). The current Classroom for All, due January 6, is in figure drawing. Go here:http://www.conceptart.org/forums/showthread.php?t=114374

Thanks for the info! Sorry about that though, this site is a little more complex when it comes to navigation and all that. I'm not used to using forums as a means of communication and posting up art.
