Not an impressive start but give me time!

The first one looks pretty good to me, but the digitals sure are muddy/blurry. Might try using more solid brushes next time as the basis? Anyway, hope to see you keep posting reguarly (more pencil and traditional stuff, too). Good luck! :)

Nice start so far, nice variety of a lot of things.
The fifth image you've posted, I like the most so far. Things like that will be very helpful if you keep practicing them, and work on fleshing those figures out (:
So far, a lot of your anatomy seems rather stylized. It's hard to get a good idea as to how much you know about it at this point, so studies would be very helpful to you and for anybody who wishes to offer feedback as well =)

(Shading on that last picture looks nice by the way, far more defined than your first digital images you posted. Keep it up! (: )

Well the studies will have to wait a week. I want to do some drawings as gifts for people and I don't think they'd appreciate pictures of feet.

I've taken figure drawing courses at a community college and the new semester will start soon so I will have lots to post. I am taking figure drawing, intermediate drawing and figure painting. Perhaps I should get some painting practice in before it starts, I am not very good. D: Maybe I will paint my feet!

Here is some stuff that is a year old.

Discovered I did not know a thing about armor so I hit the library. I was surprised to find learning about it is fun, but does it have to be so complex? So many rivets...

I also started a drapery study in acryllic paint yesterday, let's hope I'll get the energy to finish it soon.

It isn't a bad start. There's a really nice consistency to all your work; an obvious amount of effort in it.

cyan is a bad color for portraits. I suck at skin tones, they were pretty necrotic before I upped the saturation.
306426

this is a work in progress based on a reference pic and forget skin tones, the drawing is way more convincng then the previous crap done completely from scratch. there is a lesson to be learned here.

Those digital paintings of the faces are super muddy. Try to define them more. Their eyes make them look dead, where are the pupils? I like those figure drawings. Keep posting!

Well yes, they are super muddy because they are unfinished. I work on them until I get to a point where I don't know where to go. That's why I've started using reference.

That bastard could totally paint better buildings than me. I take comfort that he sucked at the figure.

I like the goofy monsters too, although they are no laughing matter, eating innocent elf(?) girls like that?

Thank you, but the elves are asking for it, with their over-the-top cuteness.
